Cupping

Inclusive treatment

Cupping is used to increase the circulation in areas of the body, where there may be stiffness or pain . The small cups are placed on the skin and a little air pumped out to give a vacuum, this sucks the skin and tissue into the cup, increasing the circulation. It is gentle and will relive pain quickly when used appropriately . If the area has been uncomfortable for some time, it is usual to be left with some red circles.

Taping & Magnets

Inclusive treatment

Taping using 3NS and exclusive sports taping method, reduces pain and speeds the healing process. The tape has been designed to have the same flexibility as human muscles  and supports the underlying structure  when it has been damaged. The tape helps to re -educate the neuromuscular system  and improves blood circulation and lymph relieving pain and giving comfort and support while you heal.

Body Magnets can be applied over the tape or directly to a painful area ( where appropriate ). They are used to reduce pain and inflammation .

Moxa

Inclusive treatment

There are many different ways to apply Moxa (Moxibustion). Suzette combines the KHT with smokeless Moxa when a person has a cold or chronic condition. This could be a painful chronic arthritic knee, which would be treated by applying warm Moxa to a specific place on the little finger, ( I know it sounds strange but it works and the pain reduced!) As this treatment is best done regularly to improve the condition, Suzette will train you how to use the Moxa to help yourself.

Feel happier, feel healthier.
